Use C63 007 as the base of your layout.  Ink all your edges.
Trim C63 008 down to 11” all round.  Distress and ink.
Cut C62 003 down to 10” all round.  Punch all 4 edges.
Cut C62 008 to 9.75”. Distress and ink all your edges.
     Cut on side from C 62 001 frame and paint/ink/emboss.  Place between C63 008 and C62 003.
Use cut- off strip from C62 008, fold in half and cut triangles from each edge.  Distress and ink edges.
Use cut-off strips of paper, punch them and place behind your photo and paper layers.
     Add your photo.

Add cluster of flowers and other embellishments as you desire.

This photo was taken Switzerland in April.  I simply love it . . . the beauty of this landscape touches my heart every time I look at it.  I would love to go back there someday!

Welcome - FabScraps card share

I quickly want to share with you a card I made with my new FabScrap goodies.  I really, really love the new French Heritage collection and I have used every single piece of paper in the collection!  With some of the pink left over pieces I created a card to welcome a new baby girl into our world!

You will need:
CC 014
DC 63 006
DC 63 005
DC 63 002
MP1 015
Glossy Accent

Cut brown cardstock to 6" x 12", score and fold at 6".
Cut from your pattern paper 3 x 2" x 6" pieces, distress edges and ink.
Glue down and add first half of the doily, and then ribbon.
Add the pearls to the doily.
Apply glossy accent to your title chipboard and sprinkle glitter all over it.  Set aside to dry.  Once dry, apply one more coat of glossy accent.  Once dry add to your card.

Quick and easy and a wonderful way to use your little scraps of paper.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend!

42 - Pink Paislee layout share

Happy Wednesday!!  So I have another quick layout share today!  For this one I have used Pink Paislee's Hope Chest collection!  I simply love this collection!!  The muted colors and tones are right up my ally!

Products:  Pink Paislee, Celebr8, Tim Holtz,  AC, Perfect Pearl Mist
I used a sketch based on a  Gabrielle Pollacco layout I found in a Scrap 365 magazine as my inspiration!  Gabrielle's work is simply AMAZING!!  Here are a few close-up shots of some of the details on the layout . . .

I am loving the burlap flowers and butterflies . . . also from Pink Paislee . . .

That's my share for today!  How are you all doing on Christmas preparations?  I have to be very honest and say I haven't even started with anything yet.  My hubby put up the tree last week and that is the extend of Christmas in our house right now!  Oh, and I have baked some yummy biscuits!  Luckily I still have some time.  And in between getting ready for Christmas I hope you find some creative time!!  Happy crafting!
